Sean specializes in multiemployer health and welfare and retirement consulting. His expertise includes, but is not limited to, budgeting and cost projections, contribution rate strategy, strategic planning, benefit design, and cost control. He also assists clients with pricing and development of group health plan coverage, analyzing health claims experience, analyzing and negotiating vendor rates, and determining claim reserves, self-pay rates, and COBRA rates. He assists clients with strategic planning, benefit design, cost control, and general consulting.
Sean is the lead or co-lead consultant on several Taft-Hartley health & welfare and pension funds.
