Brandy Cross is a principal and the director of DC compliance with Milliman’s Employee Benefits Administration and Consulting Practice. She joined the firm in 1998.
Brandy has extensive experience with complex administration, nondiscrimination testing, government reporting, and consulting on qualified and nonqualified retirement plans. She has been in the retirement industry since 1998. Brandy currently manages four teams of professionals who are responsible for the completion of all compliance and regulatory tasks for defined contribution retirement plans. She also works with clients and staff in relation to various Internal Revenue Service and Department of Labor plan compliance issues.
