Uri works with life insurance companies on a variety of matters, with a strong focus on life insurance modeling. His work supports appraisals for mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, cash flow testing, dividend management, and other areas.

Uri presents frequently at industry events, and has several published pieces, the most recent of which was contributing to the Milliman-led Society of Actuaries research report on the Impact of VM-20 on Life Insurance Product Development, which was completed and published in July, 2017.

Phase 2 of this research report expands on the Phase 1 case studies for term and universal life with secondary guarantees (ULSG) products and includes additional case studies focused on smaller companies and the impact of reinsurance.
