Gerald Erickson is a principal and benefits consultant with Milliman’s Employee Benefits Practice. He joined the firm in 1996. Gerald is the practice leader for Milliman’s Defined Contribution Taft-Hartley services.
Gerald’s consulting experience is focused in the design and implementation of defined contribution retirement plans, in particular, multiemployer plans. In addition, he is familiar with a variety of other qualified and nonqualified retirement plans. His background includes marketing and communications.
Gerald is actively involved in setting the direction of Milliman’s defined contribution services and is a member of Milliman’s senior leadership team for the Employee Benefits Administration Practice. He serves on several firm-wide committees and sub-committees, including the Employee Benefits Steering Committee. Gerald has been in the retirement industry since 1996.
Prior to joining Milliman, Gerald served in the U.S. Army for three years.
